It started with property.
PROP& was born inside the real estate industry.
Our journey began with years of hands-on experience managing the realities behind property businesses — leasing commercial spaces, operating residential communities, managing financial processes, delivering ERP implementations, and working with the data that keeps portfolios moving.
We understood property not just as an industry, but as a complex ecosystem of people, assets, transactions and decisions.
